Garlic Drying

Having a good supply of garlic for the winter is always fun.  But did I grow enough???  Last year I grew too much so I cut back.  I guess we'll see how the winter goes.  Perfect drying weather.  Breezy and warm.  They'll dry well on the shady porch.
