Early Morning Light

Dawn comes earlier these days. It's so beautiful to walk out and see the sun rising on the mountains. Sometimes there's a skiff of snow on the ground. During the day it melts or crusts over...temperatures rise and fall. Onion starts are an inch and a half high on the window sill. When I go out to feed the chickens I see blades of green grass mixed into the brown. Spring is making little appearances!
