We've had more snow days this year than other years. At 500 feet below the snow line of the Saphire Mountains, we sometimes have winters with almost no snow at all. But this year there's been something sifting down almost a day a week. Today, as spring comes ever closer, the birds have filled the air with song....undaunted.....the sun has come out here and there....patches of blue have filled the skies.......and by afternoon, most of the snow has melted away. I feel lucky......the snow covered ground enabled me to snatch one more day of winter projects before the gardens take over!
