Gluten free, home baked "goodies" for tea time. Fun! This past year I have been experimenting with recipes using fresh ground, whole grains of millet and yellow flax seed. I hope to improve these recipes to the point where I can revise my cook book. Or perhaps write new book just with the new recipes. Meanwhile....I like each experiment a little bit better than the last. Now all I have to do is make sense of my scribbled notes and translate them into something that can be followed reliably!
