Finally

Finally.....enough greens in the hoop house to make a little salad!  Everything is so late this year.  The plants woke up around their usual time in mid-February, but they've been sulking for a month.  Cold temperatures and perpetually grey skies have made them very skeptical about producing new leaves.  This week though, enough leaves have emerged to pick a little here and there.  Tidbits of spinach, claytonia (miner's lettuce), mache, sorrel, parsley, cilantro and dandelion grace this bowl.
