Tucked In

I think this is the fifth year we've had hoop houses full of fresh greens for the winter.  But in all this time they've never been covered in snow!  This makes the best insulation possible for everything inside.  If the weather keeps up like this all winter I think some of the food in the hoop houses may do better than in prior years.  I hope the voles don't figure out how to tunnel under the snow and set up housekeeping inside.
