It rained today after weeks of dry weather. All day it was so beautiful. Soft and misty when it wasn't pouring. On my trips to the chicken coop and the hoop houses the air was still and damp. It felt wonderful. Everywhere I looked the landscape held on to bits and pieces of fading fall color.
